How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want each homeowner who reaches Ongoingapproach Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You are welcome to write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Ongoingapproach Tree Service
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If a problem comes up with tree work at your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short may be removed. Keep in mind that Ongoingapproach Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@ongoingapproach.garden and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and the outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. Afterward we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
